Pulsing Minds Holiday Program

Welcome to Pulsing Minds. By enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, smooth, and positive experience for all families

- 📌 Enrolment is confirmed upon full payment and availability.

- 📋 Families agree to follow all policies and behaviour guidelines.
1. Enrolment & Bookings
- Enrolment is confirmed only once registration is completed and full payment is received.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pulsing Minds reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment where necessary for safety, operational, or compliance reasons.
2. Program Hours
- Program hours are 9:00am – 4:30pm.
- Drop-off and pick-up times must be strictly followed.
- Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
- Children must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian or authorised nominee.
3. Fees & Payments
- All fees must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are non-transferable to other families.
- Payment secures your child’s position in the program.
- Pricing may change for future programs without notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
- If Pulsing Minds cancels a session, a credit or refund will be offered.
5. Child Safety & Behaviour
- The safety and wellbeing of all children is our priority.
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural needs, or additional support requirements during enrolment.
- Children are expected to follow safety instructions and behave respectfully.
- Pulsing Minds reserves the right to contact parents for early pick-up if a child’s behaviour poses a safety risk.
6. Medical & Emergency Care
- Parents must provide accurate medical information and emergency contacts.
- In the event of illness or injury, parents will be contacted immediately.
- If urgent medical care is required, Pulsing Minds may seek medical treatment on behalf of the child.
- Any associated medical costs are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
7. Illness Policy
- Children who are unwell must not attend the program.
- Children displaying contagious symptoms may be sent home.
- Return to program may require clearance depending on illness type.
8. Photography & Media
- Photos or videos may be taken during activities for program documentation or promotional use.
- Images will only be used where parental consent has been provided.
- Parents may withdraw media consent at any time in writing.
9. Personal Belongings
- Children should bring clearly labelled belongings.
- Pulsing Minds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Valuable items should not be brought to the program.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Personal and medical information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy principles.
- Information is used only for safety, communication, and operational purposes.

11. Liability
- While all reasonable care is taken, Pulsing Minds is not liable for minor injuries resulting from normal play and participation.
- Parents acknowledge that holiday programs involve active participation.
12. Changes to Program
- Pulsing Minds reserves the right to modify activities, schedules, venues, or facilitators where required.
- Families will be notified of significant changes.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child in Pulsing Minds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
